Eric arrived to change my flat tire and went above & beyond what was expected. He asked to tow us off the side of the interstate so we would be safer, and then helped me load my 2 toddlers safely into his car. When we arrived back at the office, he then helped me get my kids out and got us settled while he changed the flat. It gave me such peace of mind that he cared to do that extra kindness. While we waited, the receptionist was very patient with my 2 year old who kept interrupting her workspace, and even let her pick something to watch on tv. She offered us snacks & even understood my son’s very rare allergy and had something he could snack on too! Then to top it all off, I realized later that my son had taken his shoes off in the back of the tow truck, and Eric called me after hours just to say he had put them in their office for me to get when I had the chance. I never write google reviews but I thought the service was so great I just had to recommend. Simply amazing service for my family!

The tow truck company that was sent we had actually used 3 plus times in the past! So I was happy to see this company picking up my beloved truck. It only took 15 mins, and he was there loading her up. Tony from J Hooks was phenomenal! He made what usually is a stressful time more enjoyable with all the laughs, and upbeat attitude. Clint the owner who we have had the pleasure of dealing with in the past truly has a great crew! Honestly the only tow truck company I will use!

We were traveling on New Years Day, and got stranded at a rest stop when my clutch suddenly went out (of course, it was raining outside). The owner was the only one working the holiday because he wanted to make sure people got the help they needed. Showed up must faster than they estimated and got us loaded up quickly on the flatbed. Great guy and really made my family of four feel like his only priority. Very pleasant to talk to and made sure we were happy every step along the way, a true gentleman. Took us to a nearby shop to drop off the car, and made sure to take us to a restaurant down the road just so we’d feel more comfortable while waiting for our ride. Perfect example of great customer service.
